Understanding cancer

Cancer is not a disease, but there is a collection of related diseases that can be almost anywhere in the body. At its most basic, cancer is the disease of genes in our body cells. Gene controls the work of our cells. But, changes in these genes can cause cells to be defective, which helps them to grow and split, when they want them, when they want, they should stop them from dying.
